I’ve only ever bought cinnamon from major supermarkets not realising there is two types of cinnamon and i was buying the common cassia cinnamon. This Ceylon cinnamon instantly amazed me with its yummy sweet smell and the taste is just delicious! I will only be buying Ceylon cinnamon from now on and I found cinnamon zest is great value
